AOC – Internship Marketing & Communication – Amsterdam (the Netherlands)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, all-round (Bachelor or Master) intern per July 2024 who can support and develop in our dynamic and international marketing team.

Responsibilities
AOC Newsletter
- Collecting news (monthly)
- Drafting the newsletter topics
- Coordinating copywriting and translations
Websites and online
- Keeping AOC websites up to date
Miscellaneous
- Updating of corporate presentations
- Merchandize management (updating inventory lists, distribution)
- Special Requests / Mini-projects (e.g. benchmarking, events)
Samples Management Prioritizing Distribution
- Stock Replenishments
- Retrievals
- Ongoing contact with local PR agencies regarding sample and other needs
What are we looking for?
- A student working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business or a similar study
- Marketing or Communication experience gained from a previous internship, job or extracurricular or volunteer activities (longer than 3 months)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Availability for 6 months preferred
- An eager, organized, motivated and pro-active attitude
- Ability to link the dots

- Fulltime internship position of 6 months (earliest possible start date February 2024) in European HQ Amsterdam (next to Amstel station)
