AOC meets gamers at IEM Katowice, shows off new AG352UCG6 Black Edition
At 2018’s Intel Extreme Masters Katowice, we’re showing off the most competitive gaming display lineup to ever attend an esports event. With over 10,000 event attendees to be expected, we’re thrilled to engage with gamers and showcases our new all-black, special edition curved AG352UCG6 model before Europe’s most passionate esports audience.
What’s happening in Katowice?
Since 2013, once a year Katowice has hosted the Intel Extreme Masters, a gathering of thousands of esports fans, gamers and only the most skilled pro teams in the scene. With season 11 underway, Katowice will once again welcome visitors on February 25 and 26 as well as between March 2 – 6 for the Intel Extreme Masters tournament and its list of prestigious participants: None other than the world’s 16 best pro CS:GO teams, who will vie for the lion’s share of a massive 500,000 USD prize pool. Amongst them are AOC-sponsored French superteam G2 Esports, who will go into the tournament well prepared after intense weeks spent bootcamping with our lightning-fast AOC AG251FZ, boasting 240 Hertz and a 1 ms input lag.
In between the rounds of competitive action on stage, visitors might also give AOC’s partner Alsen a visit at their booth (location: B2), where the G2 pros will occasionally be available for a brief chat and signing sessions on March 2 - 6. Besides that, we plan to do plenty of giveaways together with our partners Alsen as well as at the booth of our partners Komputronik and Corsair (location: A7).

Throughout the two weekends full of esports, visitors have the exclusive opportunity to witness the public debut of our new curved AG3562UCG6 Black Edition and its impressive 35” panel, in action at the booth of our partner Alsen (location B2).
