Scope
Amsterdam (The Netherlands) – The Commercial Program Management intern will be a member of the Commercial Service Program Management team. In this role, the intern will be responsible for reviewing and developing new communication templates for external customers communication.
Responsibilities
- Case review and assignment: analyze specific system records/cases to identify main details and needs, determine ownership, and assign responsibility to the appropriate teams.
- Stakeholder coordination: work closely with responsible teams (GPM, RPM, and other applicable teams) to ensure necessary updates, changes, or additions are made.
- Tracking and follow-up: maintain records of reviewed cases, track progress, and follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of required actions.
- Continuous improvement: gather feedback from relevant cases to identify areas for improvement and highlight gaps or inefficiencies in processes.
- Other ad hoc assignments.
Key requirements
- Academic / Higher Business School
- Analytical skills
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team Player, willing to take on new initiatives
What we can offer you
- Fulltime, broad and hands-on internship position of 5-6 months (starting September 2025 or to be discussed) with office in European HQ Amsterdam (next to Amstel station)
- Monthly internship allowance of 650 – 750 euro
- Travel allowance
